Suggest use Google Earth as an example. Would be useful to be able to:
- Turn on/off Layers/Folders to view on the map
- Download/upload/maintain CSV per folder. (Sometimes we want to only update a subset of the Placement table.)
- Color code layers in Placements, so that it's easy to see on the map where each layer's Placements are located. (Example: I may only want to see towers and rooftops, but not residential homes, or to see them together to build a cluster.)

Jeff Hunter: Just to clarify, on your 3rd point, are you meaning the ability to show/hide and manage colors at the folder level?
