not working was working subscription ran out so I bought now dosent work

I cant remove card in billing, no plan is active, please help. Thanks

Placement Tool doesn't appear to work for me. Using 2012 iMac, Monterey and Safari.

I have a 15.4" MacBook Pro, so it's not the smallest laptop, but also not the biggest. Nonetheless, the last two menu items (⚡ and my account) are not visible unless I zoom out with my browser (making everything smaller). It took me a while to realize that's why I couldn't find how to buy credits. I suggest reducing the font size in the nav, and also switching to title case to reduce the width of each menu item.

When I try to select a plan the subscribe button just spins. Also the customer service button doesn't work.
